Woohoo! 2 years in the making and we are finally here. A season + months behind but who’s really keeping track? We designed these pieces with quality and comfort as our number one priority. Our goal was to bring everything we wish we could find out in the world to life and offer it in quality materials at a fair price.
Danielle’s pieces in this line are pieces that are SO needed in the community of women who like to wear more androgynous style clothing but can’t find pieces that fit properly. Even size xs or small in men’s clothes just don't ever fit 100% for her. This is where this concept was genius and I am excited for her and you to have these options. When she explains the thought process and design behind her pieces, people get so excited because there isn’t much out there that targets this market.
My ( Jen’s ) pieces are styles I want to be able to wear ALL day and feel comfortable to last in them ALL day. From the gym, to running errands, to school pick up… all done in style. That was my goal. I recreated and combined pieces I found throughout the years and made adjustments where I felt were needed, using natural cotton fabrics for comfort and breathability.
Launching a business is scary. Launching a business as an adult is even scarier. The commitment with a number of other responsibilities on the table makes multitasking a must.
When we received your feedback on the pieces you’ve ordered, and see you coming back a second and third time to continue adding to your ALGND collection- we get SO excited. We’ve really put so much thought into this line and have some exciting plans for our next launch.
The concept of being able to mix and match pieces to truly create your own unique style is what we wanted for this collection. Both Danielle and I have such different looks but sometimes like to wear each others pieces and make it our own.

Choosing the colors for each piece to sample. So many options to choose from but we decided that we would start neutral and see what people liked and requested for the next launch.
All of our deliveries came to our home where we currently pack every single item ourselves. Here we are going through one of the shipments and organizing the sizes and styles.
Along with holding most of our inventory at our home, we also have 2 storage units to help hold the overflow of inventory. I guess we didn’t really picture what X amount of inventory per item, and 15 different styles would look like. But here we are, and we are making it work.
