Shipping policy

All orders will ship within 3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification.  If your order was placed on Friday after 3pm est, please allow an extra day for shipping. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@shopalgnd.com

We offer free shipping on all Domestic U.S. orders totaling $200 or more.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders over $500 will require a signature on delivery.

Once the package is in the hands of the carrier we are not responsible.  We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify your shipping address or contact the carrier.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.  We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
